Cromartie appeared in Dedham District Court on Tuesday answering to the three counts of breaking and entering at a Needham apartment complex that occurred on May 8, 2012.  He is being held without bail, and additional charges are pending.

Officers also arrested 62-year-old Florin Ghita, of Weymouth, on Monday.  Ghita owns a jewelry store at 333 Washington St. at Downtown Crossing and reportedly bought several items that were taken during a break-in 32 Garrison St. which took place on May 15, 2012.  He is charged with receiving stolen property.
