HYANNIS, Mass. — Officials from multiple agencies have finished conducting a search in the water near Great Island after a boat capsized Saturday night.
The United States Coast Guard was searching off of Point Gammon, about half a mile from Great Island.
The boat, a 17-foot center console, was reported capsized around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday.
One person was rescued by a good Samaritan shortly after the boat capsized and another was rescued by local authorities.

Crews searched through the night for the last missing person who was not wearing a life jacket.
At 7:51 a.m. on Sunday, the body of the missing boater was recovered by a Coast Guard helicopter from Air Station Cape Cod.
He was unresponsive and pronounced dead.

The name of the man has not yet been released.
