Things to do in Massachusetts this weekend

MASS. — Looking for something to do this weekend? We have a few ideas for you.

Yarmouth Sand Sculpture Trail

The Cape and sand castles go hand in hand, but maybe you’ve never made one like the creations you’ll see on the Yarmouth Sand Cculpture Trail. The trail is open through October and features more than 30 creations! Download the map and see how many you can find.

Out of the Park at Boston Common

Play ball! Or at least root for the home team. Grab a blanket to sit on and head to Boston Common on the corner of Beacon and Charles to watch Sunday’s game on the big screen at the out-of-the-park event. There will also be lots of other activities to enjoy. The event starts at 12:30 on Sunday, and the game begins at 2:20.

Polar Park Family Fest

Speaking of baseball, the Woo-Sox are hosting the first-ever Polar Park Fest this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Your tickets will give you access to live performances, a petting zoo, a touch truck, and a lot more all within the ballpark. You get a discount if you buy the tickets ahead of the event. Visit the website for more.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
