Swifties showed up in the rain ready to ‘Shake it Off’ for night two of “Eras Tour” at Gillette

FOXBORO, Mass. — Rain or shine the show must go on according to Swifties.

Fans were dancing in their ponchos Saturday night as they were getting ready to see Taylor Swift’s second night of three sold-out “Eras Tour” shows at Gillette Stadium.

Gillette Stadium took to Instagram a video of Taylor Swift on stage giving all her fans a shoutout for ‘showing up in the pouring rain.’

“This ain’t our first rain show rodeo in Foxborough,” the post captioned.

According to the Boston 25 weather tram, the rain will stick around throughout the night into Sunday morning but should clear up by the time Taylor takes the stage for her weekend-closing show that night. Sunday’s high will be as high as 76 degrees.

Guest stars Gayle and Phoebe Bridgers opened the Friday show and will play at the Saturday concert, as well. Bridgers and Gracie Abrams will take to the stage on Sunday.

Each show this weekend will begin at 6:30 p.m.

All three shows are expected to bring around 200,000 people to the venue.
