Second-grade teacher in Milford charged with possessing child pornography

MILFORD, Mass. — A second-grade Milford Public Schools teacher was arrested Wednesday and charged with possessing child pornography.

Prosecutors allege Vincent Kiejzo, 33, had nearly 6,000 images of apparent child pornography stored on a thumb drive including children under the age of 12.

Kiejzo was a second-grade teacher at Memorial Elementary School and according to his Linkedin page, he has worked for Milford Public Schools since 2008 in several different roles.

Kiejzo appeared in federal court in Worcester Wednesday and a bail hearing is scheduled for Friday, US Attorney Andrew Lelling said in a news release.

According to the complaint, investigators with the Department of Homeland Security got a warrant to search Kiejzo’s home early Wednesday morning and found the thumb drive inserted into a television in his bedroom. A preliminary forensic analysis of the thumb drive showed “6,000 video files, located in different folders, most of which primarily depicted minor males and females engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” the complaint alleges. Other devices were also seized during the search that will be examined by a Homeland Security Investigations forensic lab.
