SAUGUS, Mass. — Savuth Ing, from Saugus, is the first $1 million prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new “100X Cash” ticket game.
Ing, who is almost 80 years old, says he plans to use his winnings to buy himself a new car. He will also share some of the prize with his grandchildren.
The ticket was purchased from a One Stop Mart in Lynn, which will receive a $10,000 bonus.
Ing decided to receive the prize in a one-time payment of $650,000.
