The remains of a Taunton man who died during the Korean War will be returned home on Wednesday.

The remains of U.S. Army Cpl. Norman Ronald Levesque were identified in September of last year using new cutting-edge technology.

On Wednesday, August 5, Levesque will be returned home to Taunton.

A police procession will escort his body down Bay Street in Taunton to Broadway to Washington Street to O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home.

City officials say the procession will likely reach the Bay Street and Broadway area some time between 4 p.m. and 4:15 pm.
