LITCHFIELD, N.H. — An arrest has been made in connection with an ongoing home invasion investigation in Litchfield on Wednesday.
Litchfield Police Department and the New Hampshire State Police Major Crimes Unit responded to 10 Evergreen Circle for a report of a home invasion. Officials determined that 25-year-old Ian Morris of Jaffrey, New Hampshire entered the household and assaulted a resident inside.
The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.
Morris has been charged with attempt to commit murder, two counts of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of burglary. He is scheduled to be arraigned on February 24, 2022 at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District located in Nashua.
