Dunkin’ teases new Super Bowl ad featuring Ben and Casey Affleck, ‘Succession’ star Jeremy Strong

BOSTON — The DunKings are back and this time they appear to have a new member.

Dunkin’ aired a new commercial titled “The Bean Method” during the Grammy Awards on Sunday night featuring Ben and Casey Affleck, as well as “Succession” star Jeremy Strong.

The ad shows the Affleck brothers, dressed in “Dunkings’ tracksuits, talking outside of Long’s dressing room with Casey telling Ben that Strong is preparing for his new role.

“Jeremy is a method actor. He’s not coming out until he’s ready,” Casey says.

Ben then barges into the room to find Long submerged in a giant can of coffee grounds.

Ben asks, “What are you doing in here?” Strong responds, “We’re doing a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial right? I’m just trying to find the character.”

Strong adds, “I think I found a way in. You’re from Boston, I’m from Boston. Dunkin’ is Boston. Boston is Paul Revere. One if by land, two if by sea. The red coats are coming.”

Ben replies, “You’re an artist and I know what that’s like, but how long is it going to take for the bean method?”

Strong says, “I mean, I’ll be ready in like three hours.”

Casey then says to Ben, You should have paid for Matt [Damon]. Ben responds, “I told you that.”

The commercial ends with a tease ahead to Sunday’s Super Bowl with text that reads, “Suit up, America. 2.9.25.”
