DRACUT, Mass. — A Dracut man says he plans to pay off his mortgage and buy a new car after he recently won $1 million on a $10 scratch ticket.
Michael Vallante opted to receive his “4,000,000 Mayhem” prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.
He purchased his winning ticket at Jimmy’s Convenience Store at 286 Pleasant Street in Dracut.
The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
