MIDDLEBORO, Mass. — Friday, July 21st is the last day that Christmas Tree Shops will accept gift cards after the chain declared bankruptcy in May.
Christmas Tree Shops are currently having a going-out-of-business sale before all locations close. In total, the company is shuttering around 70 stores nationwide, many of which are in New England.
The company started in Yarmouth Port on Cape Cod in 1970.
The current sale is up to 60% off, according to their website. All sales are final.
