36-year-old Brockton man seriously injured after motorcycle crash in Dartmouth

BROCKTON, Mass. — A 36-year-old Brockton man is suffering from serious life-threatening injuries after being involved in a motorcycle crash that happened late Saturday night.

The Dartmouth Police Department released a report confirming that officers, along with other emergency personnel, were alerted to the area of Hathaway Road at approximately 10:53 p.m. after receiving calls about a motorcycle accident.

After arriving on scene, officers found a 2003 Suzuki SV1000 motorcycle. They also found a 36-year-old Brockton male motorcyclist who was unresponsive. Officers started initiate lifesaving medical care before the motorcyclist was sent to St. Luke’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries. His current status is unknown at this time.

Dartmouth Police added that there were no passengers on the motorcycle. The crash remains under investigation by the Dartmouth Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit.
