Hernandez autopsy can't be used in civil suit

A judge has ruled Aaron Hernandez’s autopsy cannot be used as evidence in a pending civil suit against his estate.

The Boston Herald reports requests from Odin Lloyd’s mother for brain and blood test results have been denied.

The judge said Hernandez’s physical condition at the time of his death has nothing to do with the 2013 murder.

The former Patriots player had been serving a life sentence for Lloyd’s murder when he killed himself in jail last month.
