DEVENS (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Tinseltown is coming back to the Bay State.
New England Studios broke ground Tuesday on a one-stop filmmaking spot at the former military base in Devens.
The project has the potential to bring 1,000 new jobs to Massachusetts.
New England Studios will feature eight sound stages, which can be leased out by movie studios for filming and post production.
New England Studios is the brain child of Hollywood insider and Lowell native Chris Byers.
