In court, a Boston Police detective showed the jury the gun prosecutors say James Clark used to rape the 21-year-old.
According to prosecutors, Clarke invited the intern out for drinks near the IRS office in Government Center in July 2017.
They say, after several drinks, he handcuffed the intern inside his government car, put his gun in her mouth and raped her in the parking garage.
