Fire destroys warehouse for Gibby's ice cream

WORCESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – An iconic ice cream production building in Worcester went up in flames overnight.

Firefighters responded to the fire at Gibson's Dairy Farms just before midnight. Officials said the fire destroyed the warehouse and distribution buildings, along with three ice cream delivery trucks.
    
A fire lieutenant was taken to the hospital for a foot injury, but no one else was hurt.
    
Firefighters said there were seven other dumpster fires on Sunderland Road in Worcester Tuesday night.
    
It's unclear if the incidents are related.
