Family of boy who died in babysitter's care starts petition in quest for answers

WOBURN, Mass. — The parents of a Woburn toddler, found unconscious in a babysitter’s care, now have a petition demanding action from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

Fifteen-month-old Noah Larson died in August 2016 after suffering a traumatic head injury.

The Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide in May, but no one has faced any criminal charges in connection with his death.

His parents say his twin sister was found to have healing skull, rib and limb fractures.

Now the family wants answers and started a petition to get them.

Boston 25 News reached out to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office for more information, and they sent a statement that read, "We are unable to comment on ongoing investigation."

So far, nearly 8,000 people have signed on to support the family.
