Those looking for 87-cent coffees after any Patriots wins this year will need to figure out a new solution after Dunkin' Donuts said they're no longer offering the discounts.

When asked on Twitter if they'd be selling the discounted coffee, the company said the promotion wouldn't be available for the 2018 season.

The company put out an official statement on Monday, confirming the news that the promotion would not be returning this season.

“While we have no plans for a Patriots-themed program at this time, our fans can enjoy our “Sip. Peel. Win.” nationwide on-cup peel and reveal promotion into October, with the chance to instantly win prizes with purchases of large or extra-large sized beverages, excluding hot espresso," the company said. "We also look forward to launching other special promotions and value offers for our loyal guests in the future.”

The news comes a day after the Patriots took home a win in their season opener against the Houston Texans on Sunday, which would usually send coffee-drinkers into a frenzy.

Heading into the 2018 campaign, the Patriots have had 15 straight seasons of at least 10 wins.

It appears Dunkin' Donuts took note of the consistent success, and decided not to have discounted coffees sold for at least 10 weeks of the 2018 season, if the trend continues.

Now, the company says customers will have to take advantage of their "Sip. Peel. Win" promotion if they're looking for some added bang for their buck with their coffee purchases.
