Boston Police investigating trespassing incident at Fenway Park

BOSTON — Boston Police are investigating after a video was posted on TikTok showing two young men trespassing at Fenway Park.

The video, which was recorded earlier this month and posted to TikTok a few days ago, shows the two running onto the snow-covered field and pretending to throw pitches on the mound.

As one of the men records the video, the two can be heard laughing in disbelief that they made it onto the field at Fenway Park.

One of them could be heard saying “We’re at Fenway Park…this is like world-wide known for baseball.”

The video was deleted from the platform on Monday afternoon.

Zineb Curran, a spokesperson for the Red Sox tells us the two unidentified men were confronted by Fenway security before running away.

“The Red Sox take matters of security very seriously and are constantly working to improve Fenway Park’s comprehensive security systems to prevent future incidents of this nature,” Curran wrote.

Boston Police said they are investigating the incident and encouraged anyone with information to reach out to Crime Stoppers.

It’s still unclear how the pair broke into the ballpark and how long they were inside before being confronted by security.
