Authorities are investigating after a suspicious death in Bristol, New Hampshire, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald.
MacDonald, along with New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher Wagner and Bristol Police Chief James McIntire announced Saturday that an autopsy was done on 52-year-old Steven Hall, who was found dead in Bristol Friday.
MacDonald said Hall's cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and his death was ruled a homicide.
Authorities said Friday there is no ongoing threat to the public, and said it appears as if all relevant parties in the incident were identified.
