HINGHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Randolph man is under arrest for allegedly taking sneaky pictures of women.
Police were called the Kohl's in Hingham on Friday when employees noticed the man acting suspiciously. The suspect was caught on surveillance camera following women around and taking photos with his cell phone.
Police say, at one point, the suspect was spotted taking a picture up a woman's skirt.
Terrell Anthony Skerrette, 28, was arrested on charges of unlawful sexual surveillance, accosting a person of opposite sex and disorderly conduct.
Skerrette will be arraigned on Tuesday in Hingham district court. His phone has been taken as evidence.
