MIDDLETON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Sixty people were displaced after a 3-alarm fire at a Middleton inn Saturday.
At about 3 a.m., firefighters responded to the Candlelite Motor Inn on Main Street for a report of a fire. The fire was in the kitchen area of the bar, officials say.
No injuries were reported, but 60 people were displaced. Most had another place to stay, but the Red Cross assisted a few people.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
