SAUGUS, Mass. — A massive fire broke through the roof of a home in Saugus before firefighters were able to get it under control Tuesday.
SKY25 was over the scene where the smoldering home appeared gutted with gaping holes in the rood.

Firefighters on scene told Boston 25 News the fire started in the back of the home and could have been caused by a backyard grill.

The charred wood skeleton of the two-story structure on Juniper Street was showing as firefighters continued shooting water on hot spots in the afternoon.
