SPOKANE, Wash. — Authorities in Washington state have found the missing Spokane teen who has autism.
According to the Spokane Police Department, Hunter Simmons, 13 was spotted by an alert citizen and later located by police and reunited with his family.

Earlier this month, Hunter vanished from his home but was found the same day at a Walmart store, KXLY reported.
