Boston — The New England Patriots continue to be busy this offseason. As first reported by Dianna Russini of ESPN, the Patriots have acquired explosive wide receiver Brandin Cooks from the New Orleans Saints.
The Patriots gave up their first round draft pick (#32) and their third round draft pick (#103) in order to acquire Cooks. The Patriots also receive the Saints fourth round pick (#118) in the deal.
Cooks racked up 1,173 yards on 78 catches and reeled in eight touchdowns in 2016.
