WPI fraternity member charged with rape

WORCESTER, Mass. — A Worcester Polytechnic Institute fraternity brother has been accused of sexually assaulting another student.

The Telegram reports that Luke Brady, 19, was charged with rape after allegedly attacking a 19-year-old female in January.

WPI officials said a member of Brady’s fraternity reported the assault the day after it happened.

"The case was brought to WPI's Campus Judicial System and has been fully adjudicated. The male is no longer a WPI student," a statement from the school said.

Court documents show that the woman reported the incident on March 3 saying that the Brady had bruised and bit her.
