HOOKSETT, N.H. — A New Hampshire woman was charged with DWI early Wednesday morning after she was found passed out in a McDonald's drive-thru.
Jaime Nelson, 54, of Manchester, was found passed out just before 1:30 a.m., and police said they detected an odor of alcohol coming from her breath when they spoke to her.
Police said she admitted to drinking alcohol and agreed to submitting to a field sobriety test, which she failed.
She was taken to the Hooksett Police Department and was given an opportunity to take a breath test, which she agreed to and resulted in a BrAC of .12.
Nelson was charged with driving while intoxicated and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bail. She is expected to appear in court on March 1.
