Police said a car drove by with three or four men inside and that a shot was fired from the backseat, hitting the victim in the thigh. They then left the scene. Police followed the car and when it was involved in a wreck, police said the men ran and threw guns from the vehicle.
They were taken into custody after a brief foot chase.
They face charges including reckless driving, evading arrest, possession of prohibited weapons, theft and unlawful possession of a weapon, WHBQ reported.
