TORONTO — A teenager with autism believed he would never be able to succeed in a job as a Starbucks barista because of uncontrollable movements, autism public figure Carly Fleischmann posted on Facebook. But, with the help of his manager, Chris, he has been able to channel those movements into dance, and a video of the two working together is going viral.

Fleischmann said Chris's patience and belief empowered the "Dancing Barista," Sam, to excel.

Sam told his parents, according to the post, that for the first time, he felt his life had real meaning.

The video has over 275 thousand views in just five days.
