SYDNEY, Australia (MyFoxBoston.com) - Australia's Taronga Zoo is celebrating the birth of one of the world's rarest monkeys.
Nangua is named after the mandarin word for pumpkin.
The bright orange Francois' langur was spotted cradled in mother Meili's arms on Nov. 7.
He's the first born to father Bobo, and he will look more like his dad as he ages and loses his orange coat.
Francois' langurs are native to China and Vietnam but are nearly extinct because of poaching and habitat loss.
This family is part of an international breeding program for endangered animals.
