BELMONT, N.H. — Police in New Hampshire are searching for a man they believe shot a woman then fled in a vehicle.
Jason Cuocolo, 42, is considered armed and dangerous, police say.
The incident began Tuesday afternoon when Cuocolo allegedly shot a 33-year-old woman at a home on Arlene Drive in Belmont, N.H. That woman is currently in critical condition at the hospital.
The car Cuocolo fled in was recovered, but police have been unable to find him. Police say Cuocolo previously lived in Meredith, N.H. and Rockland, Mass.
Three felony warrants have been issued for Cuocolo, charging him with first degree assault, armed robbery with a firearm, and criminal threatening with a firearm.
