Police: NH Woman dies after being dragged by truck, man arrested

BERLIN, N.H. — A New Hampshire man is being held on bail, accused of dragging a woman with his truck, before she was thrown and killed.

Randy Baillargeon was arrested and arraigned Friday.

Police say on Wednesday, he dragged 34-year-old Kristin Black as she clung to his pickup truck. Though police didn't immediatley know why Black, a mother of three, was holding on to the outside of the truck.

The Union Leader reports the black's body was found near her Sixth Avenue home in Berlin.

Police are still investigating her death.
