LOWELL, Mass. — The MBTA announced Wednesday that someone was hit by a Commuter Rail train in Lowell.
The incident, according to the MBTA, was reported just before noon just north of the North Billerica Station.
Five people were on the train at the time, but none were injured.
The condition of the person who was hit is not yet known.
No other information was released.
