BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A new trial is underway for a man prosecutors say killed four people and left a witness paralyzed.
Dwayne Moore will return to court as his re-trial begins for the Mattapan murders.
The sole survivor who reversed his original statement now claims he can identify Moore as his shooter.
Moore was acquitted of the 2010 quadruple murders that included the killing of a 2-year-old boy. Now his fate will be up to a new jury selected in Worcester.
