LOWELL, Mass. — A man arrested in a deadly shooting in Lowell is set to face a judge.
Police say Joseph McGillicuddy shot and killed 24-year-old Anthony Luna last February.
Two other men faced gun charges after the incident, but the shooting was still under investigation.
McGillicuddy was taken into custody Wednesday.
He is charged with murder.
