LOWELL, Mass. — A woman has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a shooting in Lowell Thursday afternoon.
Police said they received a call around 12:30 about a car crash after the driver was shot.
According to witnesses, Marc Devoe, 34, began driving after he was shot - he traveled a short distance before crashing into a concrete barrier near the Lowell YMCA.
Devoe was brought to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Lowell Police arrested Graciela Paulino, 20, and charged her with murder.
A preliminary investigation indicates Devoe and a passenger were driving at the Gallagher Transportation Terminal when they got into a fight with Paulino.

Police said this was a random shooting as a result of a possible road rage incident.
Paulino will be arraigned Friday in Lowell District Court.
