WORCESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man was arrested after police say he committed a series of crimes, all while without wearing any clothing.
At around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, police received several calls regarding a man running around naked on School Street.
The man, who police have identified as 23-year-old David Bennett of Templeton, was running around both School Street and Major Taylor Boulevard. As he ran, police say, he punched a 32-year-old Worcester woman in the head, and continued along.
Next, Bennett allegedly jumped into a moving car as it turned from School Street onto Major Taylor Boulevard and tried to take control of the steering wheel. Police say the car's driver was able to stop the car and pulled Bennett out of the car through the driver's side door.
When police caught up with Bennett, they arrested him and charged him with disorderly behavior, open and gross lewdness, carjacking, and assault and battery.
