MALDEN, Mass. — The Middlesex District Attorney has announced an arrest warrant for a man they believe murdered a Malden woman.

Police say Kenneth Manning, 35, of Malden killed Colleen Russell, 36, in her apartment over the weekend and stole her motor vehicle.

Police said Manning is dangerous and should not be approached if seen. Police said he is known to carry a knife and abuse drugs.

He was last seen on Feb. 16 in Somerville where the victim’s car was later recovered.

Police said manning has several distinctive tattoos including a large cross on the back of his neck, a tribal tattoo on his left bicep and a grim reaper on his left calf.
