Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred in Bedford, New Hampshire Saturday afternoon.
According to Bedford Police Chief John J. Bryfonski, members of the police and fire departments responded to reports of a motorcycle crash on South River Road at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, first responders located three injured individuals and a damaged car and motorcycle.
The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene while the passenger was transported to an area hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
The operator of the car was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
