STOUGHTON, Mass. — A tractor trailer rollover caused a passing van to crash into the side of a gas station Monday morning.
One person was transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries, according to the Stoughton Fire Department.
Surveillance video shows the moments the truck loses control and careens through the intersection of Sharon Street and Bay Road, crashing into a telephone pole that took down multiple wires. The wreck also caused a white van to crash into a Mobil gas station, damaging the side of the building.
National Grid has secured power in the area, according to authorities, and are working to restore it in a timely manner.
Police are asking the public to avoid the intersection as crews continue to work.
