BOSTON — Boston Police identified the man that was killed in a shooting in the city’s South End on August 13.
Officers responded to the area of 58 West Dedham Street around 10 p.m. and located Dion Ruiz, 26, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police said Ruiz was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
No word on any suspects at this time.
Police asked anyone with information is strongly urged to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
The shooting remains under investigation.
