A new murder mystery has begun shooting in Chatham that features a Hollywood star.
Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman is on the Cape to film a new Netflix series.
Kidman began filming in Chatham today, but the series takes place in Nantucket.
Based on a best-selling novel by Elin Hilderbrand, “The Perfect Couple,” is about a murder that disrupts a wedding on Nantucket.
In “The Perfect Couple,” a body is found in a Nantucket harbor on the morning of a woman’s wedding. The body found is of a man from one of the wealthiest families on the island, and everyone at the wedding becomes a suspect.
Pictures on social media already show some town landmarks being changed to say Nantucket.
The Nantucket police department is now next to some shops on Orleans Road in North Chatham
