BOSTON — UPDATE at 2:50 PM:
The MBTA says Orange Line trains are returning to regularly scheduled service after some lengthy delays.
At around 2:00 PM, the “T’ alerted its riders that the Orange Line was experiencing delays of about 30 minutes due to a train with an earlier mechanical problem at Tufts.
The MBTA said the train was being removed from service.
