BOSTON — Boston Mayor Michelle Wu showed off her piano skills and performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Symphony hall on Sunday afternoon.
Wu performed the second movement of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21 in C major. The concert was designed to honor the city of Boston.
Mayor Wu is a classically trained pianist since childhood and has an upright piano in her City Hall chambers.
This is the first time a sitting mayor has ever played alongside the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
