Man walks into local Taco Bell with gunshot wound, employee calls 911

BROCKTON, Mass. — A male victim walked into a Taco Bell in Brockton with a gunshot wound on Saturday afternoon, police said.

The victim walked into the fast food chain on Belmont Street around 4:15 p.m.

An employee then called 911. The victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred at a different location.

Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call the Brockton Police Detective Bureau at 508-941-0234.

The shooting remains under investigation.
