Fall River couple arrested after 11-month-old overdoses on fentanyl

FALL RIVER, Mass. — A couple from Fall River has been arrested without incident after an ongoing investigation according to Captain Daniel Dube of the Fall River Police Department.

Kevin Baker, 39, and Lynne Servant, 35, are the parents of an 11-month-old baby who overdosed on the opioid fentanyl.

Warrants charging them with one count of permit injury to a child were issued.

The child is currently in stable condition.

The Fall River Police Major Crimes Division is handling the case.
