The MBTA’s East Boston ferry service is up and running again.
Commuters and travelers can hitch a ride on the ferry operating between Lewis Mall in East Boston and Downtown Boston at Long Wharf.
The ferry service originally operated last bring during a suspension of Blue Line service.
The service proved so popular that lawmakers have decided to fund it for a longer run.
The service will operate through the end of November and return again in the spring of 2023.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
