Shoppers are running out of time to visit a New England staple before its doors close forever.

All remaining Christmas Tree Shops are scheduled to close on August 12, the Middleboro-based retailer said in a statement on their website.

The iconic store is selling everything in its store for 30% to 80% off. Coupons and gift cards are no longer accepted.

Many Christmas Tree Shops locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire have closed in recent weeks as the home-goods retailer’s going-out-of-business sale continues.

The chain recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and then announced liquidation sales at all of its stores after defaulting on a loan that funds its bankruptcy.

The iconic Christmas Tree Shop at the base of the Sagamore Bridge has already announced plans to switch holidays. Long known for its iconic windmill and thatched roof will transform into a Spirit Halloween later this month.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
