6 injured after MBTA bus crashes through fence into Forest Hills Cemetery in Jamaica Plain

BOSTON — Boston Police are on the scene where an MBTA bus went off the road and crashed through a fence into the Forest Hills Cemetery on Wednesday evening.

Another car, with front-end damage, was involved in the accident and was pulled over at a nearby intersection of Forest Hills Ave. and Morton Street in Jamaica Plain. Officials say three people from the vehicle were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Also, three people from the bus were evaluated on the scene and transported with minor injuries, officials said.

Massachusetts State Police are investigating the crash.
