YARMOUTH, Mass. — Crews responded to a morning fire in Yarmouth after receiving calls from a convenience store employee at approximately 6:30 a.m. in the area of Forest Road and Route 28.

The Yarmouth Fire Department told Boston 25 News an employee called and reported that while they were making coffee inside the convenience store, something fell out of the ceiling, which prompted her to call.

When crews arrived at the scene, they found that there was heavy smoke coming from a one-story building that included three businesses. The fire started inside a storage area in the back of a convenience store located inside the one-story building. There was a gym and a gun outfitter store also inside the building.
